- Be single and dependent on the parent.
- Be outside Australia when the application is made.

Adoption visa (Subclass 102)
The Subclass 102 Adoption visa lets children adopted outside Australia live in Australia with their adoptive parent. It provides a permanent residency pathway, allowing the child to live, study, and work in Australia indefinitely.

- Be outside Australia when the application is made and when we make a decision.

- Have a relative who is a settled Australian citizen, eligible New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident.
